WHAT HAPPENS ON THE NEW MEMBER CALL?
Yes, there is a one time $100 set up fee.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DAY 1 ONBOARDING?
You will be promptly notified upon receipt of your purchase agreement, signaling the start of the buying process. Next, we will schedule an onsite inspection and initiate a title search. Once both are complete, the title company will contact you to finalize closing arrangements and payment preferences. Typically, the entire process takes 14-30 days to close for houses AND typically 30-60 days to close for land.
