REFUND POLICY

At REI Alchemist CRM, we are committed to delivering powerful, digital solutions to help your business grow. Because our CRM platform is a virtual product with immediate access to premium features, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for any subscription fees once a payment has been processed.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Access to your account and all associated features will continue through the remainder of your paid billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to your next billing date.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the next billing date will not prevent the upcoming charge.

Once canceled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. At that time, the subscription will automatically be deactivated.

Upon cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.

Important Note

Failure to cancel before your renewal date does not entitle you to a refund. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to manage their subscription and billing schedule.
